Branding
My time working as a graphic designer in the public health sector connected me with many brilliant people in the healthcare field.  During this period, I met Dr. Arnold F. Kim, founder of the Aurora Constellations Research and Innovation Group.  Their software aims to transform electronic healthcare record systems into a robust design space, efficiently facilitating complex healthcare planning for practitioners.
I am currently working to improve Aurora's user interface, develop the brand, and create promotional materials to prepare the team for the launch phase in 2025.  Aurora is a complex project in need of clear and concise communication to captivate healthcare professionals and investors.  The team deserves a website that conveys the passion, enthusiasm, and humanity behind this project.
My goal was to capture the warmth of freshly baked cookies and the inviting aroma of baked spices. To complement the organic ingredients, I maintained some of the natural, earthy aesthetic of the cardboard packaging. For a touch of elegance and transparency, I incorporated bakery-style packaging with a window, allowing the quality of each delicious cookie to speak for itself.
Mental wellness is more important than ever. While mental health is often framed as an individual responsibility, we know that human nature thrives in community. There is a growing need for spaces that foster connection, collective support, and well-being.
Calmunity is an app designed to bring people together around community wellness initiatives.  The logo features connected lettering, emphasizing "unity".  The color palette incorporates soothing sky blue, symbolizing the sky that unites us all—reinforcing a sense of peace and togetherness.
Workman Arts NWO is a non-profit dedicated to providing art training for individuals with lived experience of mental health challenges and addiction. I designed their annual seasonal program booklets with a focus on simplicity and accessibility, ensuring that the content was both engaging and easy to navigate.
The program coordinator was thrilled with the minimalist, low-stimulation yet eye-catching designs and valued my insights on enhancing accessibility in the programming. To better understand the community, I attended several classes, immersing myself in the participants' experiences.
